Let up on the people a lot of people who use accounts for reasons you wont understand will be insulted by you and its unlikely you will achieve very much anyway. I would think it a bad thing if you did.
is not wasted space. He has deviations to upload but he's waiting to have a good group of them before that. And if you didn't notice, that account is only a month old. Why don't you wait until he does more instead of adding a comment on his page wasting his space. Think before you do something, alright? Cut him some slack.

And another thing, before you go on to some "dead" account and comment with your little "..."s, think. "Did something happen to this person?" "Is this person alright?" Ask yourself before you comment. It probably isn't the case, but cut people slack. Maybe they're REALLY new and don't know how to use dA yet? What happens then? The notice a little comment by an ignorant person who probably doesn't think they hurt people. tsk tsk. They are space wasters, so don't waste their space while they're learning.
